Memorial Garden

We have been busy building a Memorial Garden in honor of our two angels, Tony and Rhonda. This is a great idea and really worked out well with all the perennials we had from the funeral. I only had to buy a couple of flowers to fill in with (actually, being the anal one that I am, I had to make it somewhat symmetrical-at least to start out with!) It's a good thing I happen to know a great landscaper that was able to do all the back-breaking work me. I really just had to plant the plants in the ground, my wonderful hubby did all the hard work. Now I just get to pick out some stepping stones and stuff like that for in there, but that's the easy part.It looks a little sparse right now, but I am confident that the perennials will frow and spread and it will all fill in the next couple of years. Patience...

Thank you to everyone for all your well wishes and prayers. I truly believe that is what is helping us get through this tough time!

Love,

  2. Tammy, I think this is just beautiful. I can imagine you will spend many days sitting out by your flowers as they grow remembering all the good. You are in my prayers continually, Tammy.
